COMPONENT OR AIRCRAFT REPAIR:
Repair and overhaul of components in OEM workshops and FAA-certified workshops.
Our mobile maintenance Teams are comprised of highly qualified and certified personnel (DOD – DOS – OEM – COLOMBIAN ARMY), with many years of experience in executing scheduled, unscheduled, limited, and high military standards maintenance programs in critical environments, especially for UH60 helicopters.
MAINTENANCE LEVEL:
- Pre/Post Flight Inspection.
- PMD Inspection (24 Hours/7 Days).
- PMS inspection (40 hours).
- PMI 1 Inspection (480 Hours).
- PMI 2 Inspection (960 Hours.)
- Special inspections.
- For pilots, crew members, in both daytime and nighttime conditions (NVG), and maintenance personnel for different aircraft and specialties.
- UH-60 A/L Simulator Training:
Providing world class-flight training utilizing a complement of one-of-a-kind Non-Standard Rotary Wing Aircraft Simulators. Our cadre of seasoned Instructor Pilots combine for thousands of flights and combat hour experience. Full motion flight simulator, instrument panel configured to US Army standards, Onboard Instructure Operator Station (IOS) and observer seat.

OPERATIONS:
Crews are provided for rotary-wing or fixed-wing aircraft in both daytime and nighttime conditions (night vision goggles).
SERVICE CHAIN:
GLC has an established supply chain to ensure operational readiness and safety in operations.
DEMILITARIZATION OF AIRCRAFT:
GLC participates in the program for transferring military aircraft to civilian use (UH60A/L) with civilian registrations according to the country or governmental entity determined by the client, carrying out the necessary licensing and certifications.
ENGINEERING AND RELIABILITY PROGRAMS:
Development of aircraft maintenance logistics programs, engineering studies, airworthiness and reliability programs, to ensure operational readiness.
MAINTENANCE AND SALES OF MISSION EQUIPMENT
GLC has strategic alliances with manufacturers of various mission equipment such as rescue hoists, armor, internal and external fuel tanks, bambi buckets, ALSE equipment, fast ropes, infrared camera systems, and mission management programs, among others.
- Consultancy in the design and development of commercial business or through the FMS system, GLC provides support in the preparation of technical, legal, commercial proposals, and in the purchasing process on government portals, mainly for defense agencies focused on American material (UH60 helicopters, S70, Bell, AV-HUMS systems, modernizations, and the entire supply chain) to execute contracts with our strategic partners.
- GLC manages the development and execution of awarded contracts, including portal administration, component requests, supply chain delivery and monitoring, insurance requests, invoicing, warranty program compliance, and contract closure, through Contracting Companies or other OEMs that provide components to GLC.
- Manages the delivery and distribution logistics of components through our freight forwarder located in Florida. This management includes inspection, documentation, and satisfactory delivery of components to customers.
